What to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• The device or platform you were using (phone, tablet, or the glasses HUD preview).
• Screenshots or photos, if relevant.
• Your device model and iOS version, if you know them.

Common Topics

• Recipes & recommendations — inaccurate ingredient identification or recipe results.
• Allergies & dietary settings — saving preferences and adjusting suggestions.
• Shopping links — SousSight opens partner grocery sites with your ingredients pre-filled; orders, substitutions, and delivery are handled by that retailer, so contact them directly for order issues.
• Privacy & data — data access, export, and deletion requests.

Subscriptions & billing

• SousSight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple.
• To manage or cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SousSight.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you're subscribed but the app still shows the free version, open SousSight, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
• Include the app version (shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen) when contacting us about subscription issues.
